Investigator preview: Ibrahim al-Balansi

Here’s a look at one of the pre-generated investigators for one of scenarios from our first issue, “A Conspiracy in Damascus,” set in Ummayad-era Damascus.

Ibrahim al-Balansi is descended from some of the Tamzigh people who came north into the Andalus with the invading armies. His last name denotes that he is from Valencia (Balansi). He is renowned for both his calligraphy and his horsemanship, but his ability to forge documents may be of more use to his fellow investigators.
